Cindy Bradley Cynthia Bradley
Artistic Director
Mrs. Bradley began her studies at the school of the Atlanta Ballet Company. Later she studied with New York City Ballet's School of American Ballet. She joined the Virginia Ballet Company, under the direction of Oleg Tupine; the Louisville Ballet Company, under the direction of Richard Munro; the San Diego Ballet Company, under the direction of Keith Martin; and the North San Diego County Ballet, under the direction of Victor Moreno. As well as choreographing many original works, she has staged “The Nutcracker,” “ Coppelia,”  and “Swan Lake”. Ms. Bradley co-founded Jetsetter Productions in 2005 and created “Shag With a Twist” with world-renowned artist Josh Agle aka Shag. The dance musical premiered at the Los Angeles Theatre Center and won an Ovation award for best costume design, was nominated for eight Lester Horton Awards and had an extended run in Las Vegas in 2007.
Patick Bradley Patrick Bradley
Artistic Director
Patrick David Bradley has been teaching and dancing in the greater Los Angeles area since 1978. Mr. Bradley holds a BA in studio art and an MA in Intra-Media Art and Performance from California State University at Domiguez Hills. He started dance at Los Angeles Harbor College, then at California State University at Dominguez Hills, continued at Western Michigan University, danced with the CSU Dominguez Hills Dance Company, Angels Gate Dance Company, Loyola Marymount Dance Company and Rose Polsky and Dancers. He was founding director of Matrix Performance Art Company and currently teaches art at San Pedro High School. His works have been featured on many programs including SOLA, Celebrate Dance, California Choreography Festival, Los Angeles Harbor Arts Festival, Dance Under the Stars, and The Los Angeles Dance Invitational. In 2003 San Pedro City Ballet was nominated for a Lester Horton Award for Excellence In Performance for Mr. Bradley's work "Light," and in 2007, Mr. Bradley received a nomination for Excellence In Choreography, Short Form, for "Silence."
Randyn Spear Randyn Spear
Instructor
Randyn spent her childhood dancing on the Central Coast of California. She was blessed with the opportunity to perform throughout the state with The Studio of Performing Arts Performance Group. She also danced competitively winning numerous titles and awards. She was the recipient of the highest awarded Central California Arts Scholarship in 2004 for her solo work. She received most of her training from The Studio of Performing Arts, American Dance SLO, Allan Hancock College, and Orange Coast College as well as summer studies with Santa Barbara State Street Ballet. Randyn is a recent graduate from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Dance where she performed under the tutelage of Susan McLain and studied under Holly Johnston, John Pennington, Lorin Johnson, Sophie Monat, and Keith Johnson. For the past ten years Randyn has been a choreographer for local dance studios and competition teams, Allan Hancock dance team, and assisted Suzy Miller at San Luis Obispo Little Theater. Randyn has also been certified in Pilates through Body Arts and Science International. With her well- rounded experience and knowledge of human anatomy she hopes to challenge her students to rise to their fullest potential through hard work and their love of dance and exercise.
Randyn Spear Brianna Walker
Instructor
Brianna Walker has been teaching at San Pedro Ballet School since 2008. She trained with the Bradleys for nine years, performing with the company for five. Briana performed as the maid, named"7", in the Los Angeles showing of Shag With A Twist, directed and choreographed by Cynthia Bradley. She has been directing the younger cast of The Nutcracker for the past four years and has performed the role of Arabian for the past seven. This past summer she assumed the responsibility of managing the front office at the ballet studio. Brianna enjoys teaching her students new techniques and stretching to better their training and flexibility, while also having a fun time in class.
Randyn Spear Lauren Costa
Instructor
Lauren Costa, born and raised in San Pedro, graduated from Mary Star of the Sea High School in 2009, and is currently in her 3rd year at California State University Long Beach. She aspires to graduate with a degree in English and become a teacher in the future. She enjoys teaching ballet and tap, and participated in The Nutcracker when she was young.
